In fact, it depends on whether the soldering iron is lead-free or lead-free, and it is necessary to check the blood lead regularly. If it does not exceed the standard, there will be no problem at all. Is the solder toxic? Generally speaking, if the protection and raw material procurement are carried out according to the national standards, solder will not cause great harm. Now lead-free products are basically used.

Metal lead may produce lead compounds, all of which are classified as dangerous substances. In human body, lead will affect the central nervous system and kidneys. The environmental toxicity of lead to some organisms has been generally confirmed. Blood lead concentration above 10ug/dl will produce sensitive biochemical effects. If the blood lead concentration exceeds 60~70ug/dl after long-term exposure, it will cause clinical lead poisoning.

Lead is definitely toxic, not to mention whether it is big or not. It is just ordinary metal. If it is too much, it will be poisoned. When soldering, there will be smoke, which contains an element harmful to the body. When working, it is best to wear a mask, but it will still have some influence. Of course, if lead-free solder wire can be used, it will be much safer than lead.

Is lead-free solder toxic?
Solder wire, a soldering material with an electric soldering iron, is mainly composed of tin, but it also contains other metals. Mainly divided into lead and lead-free (that is, environmental protection). With the introduction of ROHS standards in the European Union, more and more PCB welding factories now choose lead-free and environment-friendly ones, and solder wire with lead is gradually being replaced, which is not environmentally friendly. Lead-free solder paste, lead-free solder wire and lead-free solder bar are the main products on the market at present.

To put it simply: harmful general solder is toxic because of its low melting point, containing about 60 percent lead and 40 percent tin. Most of the solders in the market are hollow and filled with rosin, so the gas you mentioned is estimated to be volatilized when the rosin in the solder melts during welding. The gas volatilized from rosin is also slightly toxic, which is quite unpleasant. Lead fume is the most harmful factor in soldering. Even lead-free solder contains a certain amount of lead. The limit value of lead smoke in GBZ2-2002 is very low, and it is very toxic, so it needs to be protected. Due to the damage of welding process to human body and environment, in Europe, the protection of welding workers and environment has been enforced in the form of legislation, and welding without any protective measures is not allowed. In the ISO14000 standard, there are clear provisions on the treatment and protection of pollution produced in production links.

Tin contains lead. In the past, lead in solder wire classified solder as an occupational hazard post (in the national occupational disease catalogue); Now our general enterprises use lead-free solder wire, the main component is tin, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention measures tin dioxide; It is not in the national catalogue of occupational diseases. Generally speaking, lead smoke will not exceed the standard in leadfree process, but there are other hazards in solder, such as flux (rosin), which depends on the specific situation. Employees can usually look at what logo the tin is distributed and what kind it belongs to, so that they can find evidence and ask the enterprise to rectify it (they can give their opinions to the internal trade union of the factory). If the prepared tin contains lead, it must be harmful to the health. After a long time, they accumulate in the body and do great harm to the immune system of the nervous system.

Lead-free solder wire is environmentally friendly, but lead-free solder wire is also harmful to human body. The low lead content of lead-free solder wire is not lead-free. Compared with lead-containing solder wire, lead-free solder wire has less pollution to the environment and human body than lead-containing. The gas produced during soldering is toxic, including rosin oil, zinc chloride and other gas vapors.

1. Take a break. Generally, take an hour to rest for about 15 minutes to relieve fatigue, because the resistance is the worst when you are tired.

2, smoke less and drink more water, so that most of the absorbed harmful substances can be eliminated during the day.

3, drink mung bean soup or honey water before going to bed, which can reduce fire and help the mood, and mung beans and honey can eliminate a lot of lead and radiation absorbed!

4, can avoid radiation, try to avoid using more phones, PHS uses less mobile phones, and uses mobile phones when there is no way to go out.

5, you can make the soldering iron brighter and try to use the welding head of PPD, so that when the temperature reaches, you can use less welding oil and rosin to reduce the harm to your body.

6. When welding oil and solder smoke, try to tilt your head to the side. When brushing Tianna water, you should also tilt your head to the side and try to hold your breath.

7. Use less Tianna water and more alcohol, and brush with alcohol for a while, and the effect is similar.

8. Wash your hands.

9. Take a bath before going to bed. Try to go to bed early and get up early to ensure adequate sleep. As long as you sleep well, impurities can basically be discharged with your body.

10. Work with a mask.
